Introduction to KhudHi Program
DeafTawk has introduced its KhudHi Program in order to continue their values of uplifting the community and creating more career opportunities. The programme is designed for people who want to gain new talents and put them to use in a variety of ways. Their goal with this effort is to empower youth and offer them with the tools and strategies they need to improve their socioeconomic condition while also supporting their families.
The first pillar of our KhudHi Program is Khud Etimadi, a basic sign language instruction. The 8-week online course is taught by nationally recognised interpreters with the goal of introducing people to sign language and assisting them in developing their self-confidence. The online classes will take place on weekends, and participants will get a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
