Meesha Shafi, a musician, and actress, has many gems in her crown, but the 39-year-old just added another achievement to her bucket list when she graduated as a Yoga Certified Instructor. The vocalist of Aaya Lariye was overjoyed as she expressed her delight at the success of her current endeavor.
On her Instagram account, the Waar actress shared her new triumph with her fan base, admitting that it was a dream come true. She said “Today I graduated after completing 200 hours of yoga teacher training and am now a certified teacher.

She added “This has been a dream of mine for so many years. In many ways, going through this intensive training during the pandemic was a blessing. It kept me anchored in a practice which took care of my physical, emotional and mental well being and gave me a beautiful sense of belonging to an amazing community of yogis! I’m not sure if I would have been motivated to care for myself with such commitment during the uncertainties and confusion of the pandemic”.
