In Pakistan, Eid al-Adha is being celebrated with zeal despite growing fears about the extremely contagious Delta strain of the coronavirus.
The festival, which is marked by communal prayers, the slaughtering of cattle, and the distribution of meat to the poor, is a joyous time for Muslims.
Pakistani celebrities have jumped on the bandwagon and are celebrating the occasion with zeal. A variety of celebs, dressed to the nines, provided a sneak peak of their Eid ensembles while wishing their fan bases a very’meaty’ Eid Mubarak.
Ayeza Khan, Mawra Hocane, Asim Azhar, and others, among others, sent heartfelt greetings to their fans. The Meray Paas Tum Ho actress was among the first to wish her followers, posting a sequence of photos in which she looked ethereal in a white gown.
