The Pakistan Super League PSL 7 commentators, which will begin on January 27 at Karachi’s National Stadium, were announced by the Pakistan Cricket Board on Saturday. Former England cricketer Nick Knight will make his HBL PSL commentary debut, as will Mike Haysman, a former first-class cricketer who is now one of the most credible voices in international cricket. Haysman will be visiting Pakistan for the third time in a year, following his participation in South Africa’s tour of Pakistan and the National T20 last year.
Former England captain David Gower returns for his second consecutive participation, following his appearance in the Karachi leg of the 2021 season. Former New Zealand and Zimbabwe pacers Danny Morrison (just for Lahore matches) and Pommie Mbangwa (only for Karachi matches) have returned to the HBL PSL commentator roaster.
Former Pakistan cricketers Bazid Khan, Marina Iqbal, Sana Mir, Urooj Mumtaz, and Waqar Younis, as well as Tariq Saeed, the pioneer of Urdu commentary, are among the commentators from Pakistan. To bring both international and local fans closer to the action, the action will be called in both English and Urdu. Thirty HD cameras, as well as buggy and drone cameras, will enhance the viewing experience of league fans in Pakistan and throughout the world.
