Samsung is always about innovation and creativity. It always brings something new to the market, and this time, this big name is reportedly working on a double-foldable smartphone. The South-Korean company is going all-in on foldable technology.
As reported by Nikkei Asia, the smartphone would fold into three parts via two hinges. It is expected that the phone would be announced: “as early as the end of this year.” This phone is going to be another fantastic addition to Samsung’s foldable lineup. The public equally loved the phones like Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip, and everyone would also love the new variant.
According to reports, the company is still working on the phone design. Nikkei’s report says that this time the screen would be more comprehensive with an aspect ratio of 16:9 or 18:9. This will make the designing of the phone easier as compared to the previously designed Z Fold.
Smartphones with multiple phones have been pretty famous in the past. For example, Xiaomi’s foldable phone had gained a lot of limelight. Still, Samsung is bringing more advancement into this technology. Its phone will be more advanced and sleek with multiple features.
There were also talks of streaming the phone’s offerings and the global chip storage. This is to see if note users are willing to get their hands on the new foldable device. By adding one more option into its foldable phone range, Samsung is perhaps trying to give its customers the freedom to choose the best-suited one for them.
Folding phones are already challenging to make than the typical standard smartphones, and if the company is unable to find the best-suited chip for it, it might be a push back for Samsung. Anyways, it’s still amazing to hear about the double-foldable device.
