Wasim Akram, a former Pakistan cricket captain and great bowler, has slammed Israel for its abuse in Gaza.
The 54-year-old cricketer’s stance was unmistakable as he warned the world that “there will never be a winner” at the end of the dispute.
Turning to his Twitter account, Akram penned a note in which he claimed that as global peace fades away, all will be futile in the end, and no one will emerge victorious.
He said on Twitter “It doesn’t matter what side you’re on, or which team you support, this is not a game, it’s War and at the end of the day when there has been death and suffering there will never be a winner, everyone has already lost!
